We collect profile information such as your Display Name, username handle, and email address. When participating in event spaces, we store event memory posts, comments, likes, and message history inside our Firebase database.
Private event spaces are fully closed. Photos, videos, comment text, and group chats are strictly shared only with event participants verified by Firebase Security Rules. MemoriLink will never expose private user profiles or event spaces to public crawlers or search engines.
Media assets (images and videos) are stored securely on Firebase Cloud Storage under unique paths mapped to your user UID and event ID. Access to storage is verified against event participant lists.
You have complete control over your profile data. You can edit your bio, update your profile picture, or permanently delete your account directly from the settings panel. Deleting your account deletes your user profile and username mapping.
