By accessing or using the MemoriLink web application ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
MemoriLink utilizes username-based registration mapped internally to Firebase Auth UIDs. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and validating username availability before creating account spaces.
MemoriLink is an event-based media sharing space. You retain ownership of any photos, videos, messages, or comments you upload to our Firestore or Storage spaces. However, by uploading content to shared event spaces, you grant other event participants access to view, react, download, or comment on your media based on event settings.
Event hosts have administrative rights over their created event spaces, including: toggling comments, enabling/disabling media downloads, removing guest posts, deleting event workspaces, and blocking participants. Destructive host actions are permanent and affect all participants.
MemoriLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines or compromise database storage, network APIs, or client security rule restrictions.
